Hersey & Blanchard's Situational Leadership

Situational leadership has come up multiple times throughout our course.  Our textbook, Managing Human Behavior by Denhardt, Denhardt and Aristigueta, discussed situational leadership in chapter 7.  The link that I'm providing is a one-page diagram and description of situational leadership for anyone who would like to have a quick reference.

The website from which this diagram was taken, changingminds.org, was introduced to me by the instructor for my PAF9151 course (Administration of Non-Profit Organizations).  This site provides information on disciplines, techniques, principles, explanations and theories on how we change what others think, believe, feel and do.  With that said, I think it could be a useful resource.  For example, if you go to the website and click on "Disciplines", then click on "Leadership", then click on "Leadership Styles", you will find a list of the various leadership styles that we have discussed during our course, in addition to links to other resources regarding the topic.

I hope this information is helpful.
