Buzzword = Entrepreneurial

For last class's exercise we were asked to discuss what language dominates our everyday discourse at our organizations. One of the words I listed was entrepreneurial. When I came across an article about Ben Sherwood being named the new president of ABC news, I chuckled when I found that this buzzword was also used to describe Sherwood's qualifications to run ABC. Article found here: http://abcnews.go.com/Business/ben-sherwood-named-president-abc-news/story?id=12304254&page=1

Ben Sherwood is indeed a creative force in both the literary world and ABC's network news division, but in light of the fact that they accepted David Westin's "resignation" because of his inability to increase ABC's profits by 15% (he increased to 5% this year), I am unclear as to Sherwoods qualifications. What about his background suggests that he will make ABC more profitable? Sherwoods ability to write best selling novels and make big name movie deals says little about his ability to manage a multifaceted organization like ABC. Any thoughts?
